GPRC Wolves Basketball teams shutout by Keyano College over the weekend

It was a tough weekend for the GPRC Wolves basketball teams up in Fort McMurray against Keyano College.

Friday, the Women’s team fell 80-24, and the Men dropped a 79-63 decision.

Saturday was a bit better for the Wolves, but the same result. The Women lost 90-53, and the Men fell 104-91.

The weekend against Keyano College for the GPRC Volleyball teams entertained fans at the college in Grande Prairie.

Friday, the Men fell in three sets to the Huskies, but the Women won their contest in three sets.

The Women’s team had a repeat performance Saturday with another win against the Huskies in three sets, while the Men lost a heartbreaker in five.

The volleyball teams will be back on the court at home this weekend against NAIT, while the basketball teams will be back on the road to face the Ooks for a pair of games beginning on Friday.
