GPRC Wolves announce latest recruit

The regular season is almost in the books for the GPRC Wolves female basketball team, and preparations are well underway for next season.

The team announced earlier this week the commitment of Kaylee Ruecker from Worsley. 

” She’s an aggressive guard who has a very good nose for the basket. I really like the tenacity in which she plays with, ” stated Head Coach Mandy Botham.

Botham has been busy quite busy as of late with both recruitment, practice, and regular season play with the Wolves, but she notes it is a top priority for her and the club to scout the local High School basketball tournaments.

” I noticed her at our GPRC Stonebridge Senior Girls Classic in December. I made sure I watched all of her games, and talked to her a few times after. She’s a really good kid and I am excited to have her join us, “
