Bow among GP Boxers to compete at BC Golden Gloves

The B.C Golden Gloves is taking place in Fort St.John this weekend and will feature a number of Grande Prairie athletes.

Among the boxers heading to B.C to compete is thirteen-year-old Damya Bow.

Bow will be representing the Warrior Strong Gym two fights this weekend in the 50 kg division.

” I don’t know who I am fighting just yet, but I will know after weigh-ins, ” shared Bow, who is looking to bounce back from a loss in her last fight.

Roughly 70 boxers will be at the competition, and it will all begin Friday evening at 6:30 p.m.
