The parents of two young children in Edmonton are facing child endangerment and other charges after a police search of their home turned up more than 100 fentanyl pills.
Police say marijuana, two handguns and more than 90-thousand dollars in cash were also found during a search.
They say search warrants for the residence were sped up after investigators learned that an infant and a toddler were living at the home and potentially at risk.
In addition to child endangerment charges, the parents have also been charged with several drug and weapons offences.
