Five players to represent Peace Region at Alberta Cup

The 2018 Alberta Cup is set to begin Thursday in Spruce Grove.

Eight teams made up of the top bantam hockey players in the province will converge on the Grant Fuhr & Stu Barnes arenas in Spruce Grove over the course of the next four days to compete for the Alberta Cup.

Team Northwest will have plenty of local peace region talent on the team.

Devin Aubin of Falher, and Connor Klassen of Crooked Creek will anchor the blue line.

Local forwards will include Codie Saunders of Grande Prairie, Dayne Tews of Beaverlodge, and Jayden Watson of the County of GP.
