Man dies after being injured at Calgary nightclub

CALGARY – Investigators are trying to figure out what happened at a Calgary nightclub after a man was found with life-threatening injuries and later died in hospital.

Police were called to the Paranoia Nightclub early yesterday for reports that someone had been injured during a disturbance inside.

The injured man — who was in his 30s — was taken to hospital but didn’t survive.

Detectives are now working to determine the events leading up to the incident.
