Pair of double-headers highlight busy weekend in Wheatbelt

It’s a busy weekend in the Wheatbelt Baseball League with 5 games on the schedule over the course of the next two days.

Friday night the Manning Mets will travel to Rycroft to battle the Rage.

First pitch is at 7:15 p.m.

Rycroft is hoping to bounce back after dropping a 6-1 decision to Peace River on Wednesday.

The County Brewers will host the Peace River Stampeders for a pair of games at the Crosslink County Sportsplex and the Grimshaw Huskies are in Dawson Creek for two games against the Dodgers.

Games are set to be played at 1 and 4.
