Rheaume awarded scholarship through AMHL program

A member of the Grande Peace Ernies Sports Storm has been announced as a recipient of a $2,000 scholarship.

Ronan Rheaume was revealed as the Grande Peace Athletic club’s winner of the AMHL (Alberta AAA Midget Hockey League) scholarship program.

18 players from around the league were awarded scholarship’s to help them pursue their post-secondary education.

Rheaume registered 4 goals and 6 assists in 30 games this season, and also appeared in four games with the AJHL’s Olds Grizzlies where he scored once and added an assist.
