UPDATE: Power restored following outage in Grande Prairie, Grovedale and Wembley

UPDATE 7:45 a.m. Power has been restored following an approximate three-hour outage Tuesday morning.
6:30 a.m. There is a large power outage in south-west Grande Prairie, Grovedale and Wembley.
According to the ATCO Electric outage map, over a thousand customers are affected.
Crews have been notified and are trying to determine the cause of the outage.
7,000 customers are estimated to be affected by the outage.
We will have more details as they become available.
Parts of #GrandePrairie and west of town are without power. Crews have been dispatched. Duration unknown at this time. Thank you for your patience.
