RCMP in Grande Prairie are investigating an attempted armed robbery that happened Friday night.
They say a man carrying a firearm walked into the Fas Gas on 100th avenue at around 11 pm and demanded cash.
Store attendants went to a safe area and the suspect left the store without any money, heading Northwest on foot.
Police dog services searched the area but could not find the suspect, who is described as a white male with medium build, wearing dark coveralls with fluorescent stripes and the word “Infinity” on the back.
