Storm tripped up by Saints, Navs victorious in NWJHL

Spruce Grove used a three goal third period to pull away from the Grande Prairie Storm en route to a 5-1 win on Saturday night. 

Vincent Milot-Ouellet had the lone goal for the Storm, who fell to 1-2-1 with the loss. 

They are back in action this Tuesday night when they host Whitecourt in a 7:30 start at Revolution Place.

Levi Pichette scored four times, as the North Peace Navigators opened their NWJHL season on Saturday with a 5-3 win over the Fort St John Huskies. 

There is one game in the league on Sunday, as the County of Grande Prairie JDA Kings visit the Sexsmith Vipers in the season opener for both teams.
