In the Northwest Junior Hockey league last night, Dawson Creek thumped the JDA County Kings 11-1.
 
Liam Craig had four goals for the Junior Canucks, while Tanner Bahm had two goals and two assists.
 
Dawson Creek goes to 4-2 on the season.
 
The Kings drop to 1-4.
 
In the Western Hockey League, Spirit River product Nolan Yaremko (pictured, #22) had a goal and an assist as Tri-City beat Edmonton 6-4. Grande Prairie’s Paycen Bjorklund was a +1 without any points or penalties for the Americans. 
 
Logan Moon of Beaverlodge and Wyatt McLeod of Dawson Creek are both with the Oil Kings. McLeod recorded a minor penalty and a -1. Moon did not play.
