Storm aim to continue win streak in Drayton Valley

The Grande Prairie Storm will be back on the bus and on the road this weekend for a pair of games against the Drayton Valley Thunder.

Friday night will mark the 2nd meeting of the season between the two clubs, with the Thunder winning 1st and only meeting so far this season 4-2 back on November 27th.

The Storm are coming off a perfect road trip last weekend which saw the team earn wins against Camrose, Olds, and Spruce Grove.

The Swan City bunch enter the contest with a 17-15-2 record on the year, which is good for 5th in the AJHL’s North division.

Drayton Valley meanwhile has lost back to back games and are 13-17-3 this season and are currently locked into the final playoff spot in the North.
