Night of lopsided scores in NPHL

The Grande Prairie Athletics extracted a little bit of revenge on the Grimshaw Huskies on Saturday night.  

After falling to the Huskies in Grimshaw on Thursday night, the A’s won the return matchup on their home ice by a 9-3 score. 

Dennis Rix and Sam Bosek both scored three times to lead the way, while Andrew Buote, Sheldon Hubbard, and Darion Fay added singles. 

Brendan Hawryluk with two and Ty Wiebe replied for the Huskies.   

Other action in the NPHL on Saturday saw Rick Cleaver score three times and add a pair of assists while Ty Gullickson made 25 saves as Fort St John blanked Manning 8-0.
