Jan 7, 2019 | 4:37 PM

After 24 years with the County of Grande Prairie, Bill Rogan has decided to retire.

In a news release, the county announced that the Chief Administrative Officer would be stepping down in 2019.

Rogan started with the county back in April of 1995, as the Superintendent of Public Works, before being appointed CAO back in 2001.

County council will be selecting an executive search firm to help fill the position by summer 2019. Rogan will stay with the county until the position is filled.
