Jan 9, 2019 | 11:32 AM

A Grande Prairie man will carry the Alberta Party banner in GP Wapiti in the next provincial election.

The party describes Jason Jones as a business analyst, educator, and pastor. He is also a graduate of GPRC.

Beaverlodge rancher Travis Toews will run for the United Conservative Party in GP Wapiti.

Swan City business operator Grant Berg is looking for the Alberta Party’s nomination in the new Grande Prairie constituency.

Another businessperson, Tracy Allard, will run for the UCP.

The NDP and Liberals do not have candidates yet in either riding.

A provincial election is expected sometime this spring.
