The Storm fell 3-2 in a shoot out to the Calgary Canucks Friday night.
Noah Walters and Jonathan Hader scored for the Storm, who were outscored 2-1 in the shoot out.
The Storm host Drumheller tonight.
In NWJHL play from Friday, Fort St John beat the County JDA Kings 2-1 in overtime.
Tyrone Kipling had the lone goal for the Kings.
One other game saw Dawson Creek beat Beaverlodge 5-3.
