New Chief and Council elected in Horselake First Nation

A new Chief and Council have been elected in Horselake First Nation.
After an election Monday, Ramona Horseman has been elected as the new chief taking over from Eugene Horseman. She was elected from four candidates.
The four Councillors at the table for the next four years include Nathan Horseman, Mark Petroski, Cameron Horseman, and Dallas Ferguson.
The Councillors were elected from 19 candidates.
There was a total of 319 votes cast during the election on Monday, October 30.
