Red Deer – Mountain View MP Earl Dreeshen looks to run again in 2019
MP Earl Dreeshen will seek the federal Conservative nomination again in the Red Deer – Mountain View riding ahead of the 2019 Federal Election.
Dreeshen says, “It’s a great honour to serve and represent the people of Red Deer – Mountain View. Two years ago. I was humbled to receive over 46,000 votes, one of the highest vote totals across the country. Whether through volunteering or teaching, I’ve always worked to make our communities better, safer and a place where we can proudly raise our families.”
He added, “Recently, I was grateful for the trust our new Conservative leader Andrew Scheer placed in me to lead our NAFTA and trade files by serving on the International Trade Committee. Canada, and especially Alberta, are faced with great uncertainty due to the trade mismanagement and continued failures of the Trudeau Liberal government.”
Dreeshen was first elected as a Member of Parliament in 2008.
