RCMP investigating collision involving school bus

The condition of a 22-year-old driver of an SUV has been upgraded to stable, from critical after a collision with a bus near Peace River Monday.

The 54-year-old school bus driver was also taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries and later released.

11 students were treated at hospital for minor injuries.

The collision happened Monday morning at 8:15 at the intersection of Hwy 2 and Hwy 2A, about 12 km west of Peace River.
