A former Grande Prairie minor hockey player is back in the NHL.
Brendan Guhle has been recalled by the Buffalo Sabres and is set to be in the lineup tonight when the Sabres host the Jets.
This will be Guhle’s fourth game with the Sabres, the other three came last season when Guhle was a member of the Prince George Cougars, and the Sabres needed an emergency recall.
Guhle has been a member of Buffalo’s American Hockey League affiliate the Rochester Americans this year, where he has racked up seven goals and thirteen assists.
