Mar 8, 2018 | 11:32 AM

Two people are facing charges after what Grande Prairie RCMP are calling an attempted murder.

Police say around 6 p.m. Tuesday, a man suffered multiple stab wounds during an altercation. It happened near Rotary House. He was taken to hospital with what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.

RCMP were able to track two suspects because the fight was captured by video surveillance. They were located and arrested soon after, without any more trouble.

Dylan Gogan, 28 and from Calgary, is facing charges that include Attempted Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose.

Stephanie Plamondon, 28 and from Grande Prairie, is also facing charges of Attempted Murder and Aggravated Assault.

Both will stay in jail until appearing in Grande Prairie court Monday, March 12.
