Five vehicle collision on Highway 40

UPDATE (4:04 p.m.) Highway 40 is now open to traffic. RCMP say they are investigating and looking at all possible factors. There is still no word on any injuries in the collision.

Grande Prairie RCMP says traffic is blocked in both directions on Highway 40 at the Wapiti Bridge. 

RCMP, Fire, and EMS are on the scene of a five-vehicle collision. 

Police say it is not known if there are any injuries at this time.
