Search to resume along BC river Saturday for missing Dawson Creek man

Jun 29, 2018 | 2:40 PM

People in the BC Peace will try again Saturday to find a Dawson Creek man who may have fallen into a river.

Police believe the 29-year-old fell into the Murray River near Kinuseo Falls the morning of June 10 while on a camping trip with friends.

An initial search turned up his personal belongings but did not locate him.

That first search included four jet boats, an RCMP helicopter, Police Dog Services, and a number of trained personnel.

Anyone who can help locate this man is asked to contact the Tumbler Ridge RCMP.
