Road Rehabilitation work beginning in Patterson Place on Tuesday

Road Rehabilitation work is coming to Patterson Place.

Construction is scheduled to get underway on Tuesday (August 7) weather permitting. It will occur on the Patterson P-loop consisting of 94th Street, 77th and 78th Avenue.

Roadway access will be granted to local traffic only.

Motorists are reminded to reduce speed to 30 km/h and drive with caution around work crews and obey posted signage.

The Road Rehabilitation work consists of milling and excavating the existing road structure down to the depth required to install a new gravel base and asphalt concrete structure. The full replacement of concrete curb and sidewalk, minor storm sewer repairs, and landscaping will also occur.
