Tickets on sale for Storm and Broncos pre-season game

Tickets are now on sale for the pre-season game between the Grande Prairie Storm and the SJHL’s Humboldt Broncos September 2nd in Peace River.

There is a limited amount of tickets available at $10 each.  They must be purchased in person at the Revolution Place Box Office.  They are only accepting cash payments for these tickets.

All proceeds from the game will be donated to the Haugan family.  Darcy Haugan, a native of Peace River and former coach and GM of the North Peace Navigators, was the coach of the Humboldt Bronco when he and 15 others lost their lives in the tragic bus crash April 6, 2018. Thirteen people were also injured in the crash.

The Humboldt Broncos will be in Peace River for two games.  They will take on the Whitecourt Wolverines on September 1st and the Grande Prairie Storm September 2nd.

The weekend will also feature road hockey games for kids with the Broncos players and an outdoor barbecue before each game.
