A pair of new road rehabilitation projects are set to begin in Grande Prairie tomorrow.
Work will be done on 99th street between 112th avenue and the intersection of 121st avenue and 100th street, as well as on 116th avenue between 100th street and the CN Rail crossing.
The existing road surface will be milled in both areas with a new pavement surface being placed down. Other work in both areas include spot curb and sidewalk replacements, storm sewer system repairs and re-painting road line and crosswalk markings.
The speed limit will be reduced to 30km an hour in both work areas, with the work expected to wrap up by the end of September.
