Fire crews respond to early morning fire in Clairmont

UPDATE: According to fire marshall Ken Atamanchuck, there was significant damage done to a mobile home as a result of the fire this morning. The lone occupant got out safely. The incident is currently under investigation.
County of Grande Prairie fire crews were called out to a residential fire in Clairmont Monday morning.
Emergency crews were on the scene of the blaze around 5:30 a.m, and as one listener revealed the home was located just behind the school on the Northeast side of the community.
At this time the fire has been put out, and according to social media posts, one person inside did make it out safely.
