The Dunes Golf and Winter Club has released a brief statement following a shooting incident over the weekend.
A man was shot in the leg Saturday during a golf tournament and officers say there was also an organized shooting competition going on nearby.
According to its Facebook page and website, the Dunes has been told by RCMP to not comment on the incident as the investigation continues. When allowed, the Dunes says it will speak to the matter.
