Cobblestone shooting update

Grande Prairie RCMP say the 24-year-old man shot Thursday evening remains in hospital and the two 26-year-old suspects remain in custody.

Thursday, RCMP were called around 5:51 p.m. to 92 Street and 100 Avenue to reports that a male had been shot.

Mounties say the trio were involved in an altercation and shortly after the injured man drove into a building while the suspects took off in another vehicle.

The suspect vehicle was located in a parking stall and the Police Dog Services tracked the men to a home in Trumpeter Village where the pair were arrested.
