Local businessman passes away

Prominent and long-time business man Douglas Allen Marshall has passed away.

Marshall had owned Doug Marshall Motor City soon after moving to Grande Prairie in 1975 and was heavily involved in the community including being President of the Rotary Club of Grande Prairie.

He passed away November 2, at the age of 79 years.

There will be a Prayer Service Thursday, November 8, 2018, at 8:30pm at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Grande Prairie and a Mass of Christian Burial Friday, November 9, 2018, at 3:00pm at St. Joseph Catholic Church with a reception and fellowship to follow at the Jackpot Grill.
