Province looking at expansion to the Kleskun Hills Natural Area

Kleskun Hills Natural Area could soon be a lot bigger.
 
In a statement emailed to Everything GP, Alberta Environment and Parks says the province recently bought 15 neighbouring quarters of land.
 
The intent is to add this newly acquired land to the park, but no management decisions have been made yet.
 
That same statement goes on to say that further assessment will be done in the spring to look at management options. That would be followed by consultations with the public.
