A report says the pilot of a small plane that crashed in the mountains of B-C en route to Edmonton didn’t file a flight plan or get a weather briefing.
Dominic Neron and his girlfriend Ashley Bourgeault died in the November 2017 crash near Revelstoke.
The Transportation Safety Board says Neron was navigating by visual flight rules in deteriorating weather.
Local webcam photos taken near the accident site showed low ceilings and fog.
