Rycroft residents advised not to drink the water until further notice

The Village of Rycroft is under a “water advisory”. There was a water break Wednesday evening, and the village was forced to shut down the water distribution system.

Repairs are being arranged and additional sampling is needed in order to verify that the water is safe to drink.

Residents are instructed not to drink the water until further notice.

Due to the water line break, school is cancelled for the day at Rycroft School.
