Mar 15, 2019 | 8:44 AM

It is safe to say the final year of Carter Wolski’s Junior hockey career has been a memorable one to say the least.

The 20-year-old blue liner from Sexsmith and former member of the Grande Prairie Storm has been very effective for the RBC Cup Host Brook Bandits this season.

In 29 games played during the regular season, Wolski had 4 goals and 15 assists.

This included a three-point performance in front of family and friends on January 25th when the Bandits were at Revolution Place to battle the Storm.

Wolski’s Bandits finished the regular season with a 57-3-0 record and were the top team in the CJHL.

They were also a perfect 30-0 at home which is an AJHL record.

As a result, Brooks had a bye in the first round of the playoffs.

They will open their 2nd round series with the Canmore Eagles Friday night at home.
