Mar 18, 2019 | 7:48 AM

The JDA Kings have dropped back to back games in the North West Junior Hockey League Final.

They dropped Game 3 of the best of seven series 7-3 in Fort St.John Sunday afternoon.

They now trail the league final 2-1.

A three goal first period set the tone for the Huskies who now have their first lead in the series.

Jared Winkel netted a pair in the opening frame and Gary Loewen added another to get the Huskies out to a big lead after 20 minutes.

Fort St.John will look to take a stranglehold on the best of seven series Tuesday night when the series moves back to the County Sportsplex for Game 4.

Puck drop is at 8:30 p.m.
