It has been a whirlwind of a hockey season for Fort St.John’s Tristan Nielsen.
Nielsen began the year with the Calgary Hitmen, but on October 31st was flipped to the Vancouver Giants for James Malm, Vancouver’s leading scorer at the time.
However, the Fort St.John product has fit like a glove with his new team who finished 1st in the B.C Division and Western Conference with a 48-15-3-2 record.
In 52 games with the Giants, the 2000 born forward registered 14 goals and 21 assists.
