2019 Canada West Short Track Championships hosted in Swan City

The 2019 Canada West Short Track Championships are taking place at the Coca-Cola Center in Grande Prairie all weekend long. Hosted by the Peace Wapiti Speed Skating Club, the national level competition will feature the top T2T skaters in western Canada ages 11-16.

Skaters competing are considered the best skaters in the Training to Train stage of development.

The Canada West Short Track Championships will bring together athletes from the provinces of Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Yukon and Northwest Territories.

Attendance to the competition is open to the public free of charge.
