M.D. of Greenview announces new CAO

The M.D. of Greenview has announced it has filled its Chief Administrative Officer position.

The M.D. has appointed Denise Thompson, who has been working as interim C.A.O since January.

Thompson says she’s thrilled to step into her position on a more permanent basis.

“I’m really pleased to take on the position of C.A.O for the M.D. of Greenview. I’m going to work hard to cultivate a positive and efficient culture here and work with the MD’s council. That’s my goal.”

Thompson’s career in Municipal government has spanned over 15 years. She previously served in a variety of communications positions, as well as serving as the C.A.O for the former Town of Grande Cache.
