Ticketing system at Revolution Place gets upgrades

Revolution Place’s ticketing system has received some upgrades.

The changes include options for mobile and email delivery when buying tickets online, and tickets will now be scanned upon entry.

General Manager of Events and Entertainment Scott Clark explains the changes have been in the works for quite some time.

“It’s something we’ve been evaluating over the last two years, and got more serious about it. Last spring and into last summer we looked at what we wanted those upgrades to look like, the type of things we felt we were missing as far as customer experience and customer service and things we wanted to add. So, we were able to put that in place over the last two weeks and we’re excited about the changes,” says Clark.

Clark explains the other changes that have come to the system are making the process for buying tickets online easier, as well as online users of Revolution Place now being able to e-transfer tickets to each other.

Physical tickets for upcoming events will still be honoured, and those who have bought tickets, but have not received a physical ticket yet can get one e-transferred to their online accounts.
