The 2018-2019 season is over for Grande Prairie’s Reece Harsch.

The 20-year-old blue liner and his Saskatoon Blades were eliminated Sunday night following a 6-3 loss in Game 6 to the Prince Albert Raiders who won the series 4-2.

Harsch was traded to the Blades mid-season from the Seattle Thunderbirds and added some depth and experience to Saskatoon’s back end for the remainder of the season.

In 29 games with the Blades during the regular season, Harsch had 2 goals and 8 assists.

He chipped in 1 assist in 8 post-season games.

Harsch is eligible to return to the Blades next season.
