Early Morning Fire Damages North End Home

Investigators are looking into the cause of an early morning fire in the city’s North end.

Grande Prairie Fire Department officials were notified about the blaze by a neighbour who saw the flames on the outside of the house.

By the time crews arrived, the occupants of the home had managed to get out.

A release from the fire department says they were asleep in the house when the fire started.
