Lopez earns pair of helpers in Buffalos win at Telus Cup

Marco Lopez and Garin Bjorklund both played a big part in the Calgary Buffalos first win at the Telus Cup.

The two former members of the GPAC Bantam AAA Storm were both in the line-up for the Buffalos 7-4 win over the host Thunder Bay Kings to kick off the tournament.

Lopez earned a pair of assists in the win while Bjorklund made 22 stops.

The pair will be back on the ice Tuesday afternoon as the Buffalos look to improve to 2-0 when they battle the Toronto Young Nationals.
