U18 Northern Lights kick off season in Edmonton this weekend

The Northern Lights Baseball Academy U18 squad is finally set to begin their 2019 season today in the capital region, following last weekend’s cancellation of games at Evergreen Park due to the snowy conditions.
The Lights open up the first round of the tiering tournament for the Baseball Alberta Norwest AAA league at 7 p.m. today in St. Albert against the St. Albert Cardinals.
They will then play two games in Spruce Grove on Saturday, the first one at 3 p.m. against the Calgary Bandits. The second game goes at 6 p.m. against the Parkland Twins.
