Youth Engagement Awards handed out to local businesses

Local businesses, individuals and community agencies that play a role in positive youth development were recently recognized with Grande Prairie Youth Engagement Awards.
The Youth Employer Award was presented to McDonald’s. while Kate Weber took home the Youth Mentor award.
Nitehawk Adventure Park was named the Youth Friendly Business Award winner, while the Montrose Cultural Centre and Grande Prairie Public Library both won Community Engagement Award winners.
