GP Sport Connection gearing up for annual Try-It Day

The Grande Prairie Regional Sport Connection are gearing up for their annual Try-It Day which will take place on June 8th.

Executive Director Karna Germsheid shares that there is a large selection of sports for youth in Grande Prairie to sign up for.

“This year we have well more than 20 sport activities. We have some new sports at the helm too. Like skateboarding and scuba diving,”

The event is free for youth aged 6-12.

“They will go online and see a menu of different sports that they can try out and they can pick and choose what sports they want to explore,” shared Germsheid.
