May 29, 2019 | 8:47 AM

The Manning Mets are .500 on the season following a 9-4 on the road in Grimshaw Tuesday night.

Manning cashed in 5 runs in the first inning to hop out to a 5-0 lead and never looked back as they cruised to their first road win of the season.

They also now lead the season series between the two clubs 2-1.

League play will resume Wednesday night when the Peace River Stampeders battle the Rycroft Rage.

The game will be played in Grimshaw due to Peace River’s ball diamond being closed until further notice due to the evacuation centre being set up.

First pitch is at 7:15 p.m.
