Andrew Scheer is promising that a Conservative government would negotiate a deal to eliminate trade barriers among Canada’s provinces.
The Conservative leader made the pledge yesterday in Edmonton, during his fourth major policy speech ahead of the October election.
Scheer outlined his vision for what he called “a stronger and freer federation” that is more decentralized and respectful of provincial jurisdiction.
