A stolen Ford Mustang has landed charges on three Grande Prairie residents, plus the seizure of drugs and stolen tools.

The Western Alberta District Rural Crime Reduction Unit found the stolen vehicle on the west side of Grande Prairie at around 10:45 p.m. on May 29. The three suspects were then arrested, and a search of the vehicle uncovered methamphetamine, cocaine and tools that are believed to be stolen.

46-year-old Richard Seguin, 24-year-old Hayley Brosseau and 30-year-old Corey Peers have been charged with:

  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
  • Possession of Methamphetamine
  • Possession of Cocaine

Seguin was also wanted on multiple outstanding warrants and faces three additional counts of Failing to Comply with Recognizance. He remains in police custody, while Brosseau and Peers have been released. All three are to appear in Grande Prairie provincial Court on July 10.
