Alberta woman charged after trying to mail puppy and kitten

Jun 13, 2019 | 7:03 AM

A woman in southern Alberta faces a charge after she tried to mail a puppy and a kitten via Canada Post.

According to Vulcan Enforcement Services, last month a post office employee in Milo discovered the critters crammed into a cardboard box.

The box had appropriate postage, a destination address, and the animals themselves had stamps stuck to their heads.
